The FEES Method of Fitness

What method of fitness do you use? For what it's worth, I use something I call FEES:

Fast: I practice intermittent fasting every day. My first meal is a smallish breakfast at around 8:00, and a second (big) meal at around 2:00. I fast in between. 

Eat: Better nutrition with a slight calorie deficit. No liquid calories!

Exercise: 3 hard workouts per week plus an average of 12K steps every day.

Sleep: I'm in bed no later than 9:00 and sleep soundly between 9-11 hours per night.

Forming good habits and consistency are your greatest allies!
