In 1 Thess. 5:12-13, Paul instructs us to respect our elders/pastors because of their 1) labor, 2) leadership, and 3) love. In Gal. 6:6 he tells us to share with them "all good things." How long has it been since you expressed your love and appreciation to your leaders at church? Unexpressed appreciation doesn't go very far.
