Good teachers are avid readers. But reading without reflection is useless. If you only have one hour for reading, spend half the time reading, and the other half reflecting on what you are reading. If possible, jot down your reflections in a notebook so that you can remember what you've learned and reflected on. If you have a blog, blog about it. If you are on Facebook, say something about it there. If the Lord is teaching you something, others will probably be interested in what he saying to you.
