Don't Procrastinate

As we age, we often "do what we like or are good at" rather than what needs to be done. The idea of avoiding our weaknesses and concentrating on our strengths is flawed. If we do not work on our weaknesses, they will only get worse. Remember that muscle loss accelerates faster as you age, making it critical that you intervene now before it's too late.
