What Are Your Fitness Goals for 2025?

What are your fitness goals for 2025? Mine are:

  • Gradually lose more body fat 
  • Build more muscle
  • Be more active outside the gym
  • Improve recovery time
  • Get more sleep (at least 9 hours every night) 
  • Do more cycling
  • Avoid injuries
