The Key Is Consistency

Consistency beats perfection every single time. There were days in my fitness journey that I didn't get in the exact workout I had planned, but over the years it was the consistency with my diet, training, and mindset that led to the real long-standing results you see here. 

My friend, progress is not linear. Consistency over time is the key to making real lasting change in your physique.
