The Walking Game

Fitness is meant to add to your life, not take away from it. Walking is one of the best ways to get yourself to that point. Once you have got your training and nutrition dialed in, getting in those 10,000 steps a day is really what makes the difference. It can get you to down to that magical 15 percent body fat without completely wrecking your hormones or forcing you to eat incredibly low calories. 

Walking can easily be built into your daily lifestyle. The person who walks more can eat more. And that is massive when it comes to keeping your hormones in check. If you just increase your daily step count, if you just start walking more, you're going to burn calories without even realizing it. And walking, unlike running, is not even going to increase your appetite. 

So get involved in the walking game if you can. It's a massive staple.
