Weight Loss Blueprint

No, this is not another blog post about fitness. Well, maybe it is. 

The timeline for getting into shape is 12 months. 

In the first 3-6 months it's going to be about habit stacking and making it easy for yourself. What most people don't understand is that you have to stay consistent for more than 6 months. 6 months is the period where exercise either becomes part of your lifestyle or it doesn't. And it happens when two things occur: it becomes part of your identity, and you actively enjoy it. So in the first 6 months your goal should be, "How can I make this a part of my lifestyle so I can enjoy it and stay consistent for as long as possible?" 

Once you start doing that, my friend, in about 6 months you're going to see massive changes in your physique. And in 12 months, you won't even recognize yourself.
