Go to any major marathon and you will observe literally tens of thousands of runners at once. What do they all have in common? Nothing. They come in a bewildering range of ages and body sizes. Fast or slow, they trundle down the roads, up the hills, over the bridges, and across the finish line. Like this awesome woman.
President Roosevelt once said:

I believe everyone can become a runner. I hope that reading my blog will make you feel the same.
