Just back from the gym.
Remember: you're in the gym not to socialize. You're in the gym to get stronger, which requires four things:
- do the proper exercises with the proper form
- lift progressively heavier weights over time
- eat correctly
- give your body sufficient rest
Do this and you will build a solid foundation of strength for the tasks you want to accomplish. Yes, it takes considerable time, effort, self-discipline, and dedication. Nothing good in life comes easily, though. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
