It will be great to get back to the gym tomorrow after a long break. Be sure to always give your body the break it needs, when it needs it. Stop always going, going, going. But don't slow down so much that you stop moving. Just the joy of feeling your muscles working is enough reason to go to the gym. You will look and feel so much better.
