I've gotten to the point in my life where spending time with God in his word is the most enjoyable thing I do every day. It's my happy place. The by-product of this endeavor is a closer walk with the Lord. Likewise, I'm at that place in my life where I enjoy going to the gym. It too is a happy place. The by-product of this endeavor is a decent physique. But it's just that. A by-product. The joy is in the doing.
