Welcome, Newbies!

Great to see so many new lifters at the gym. 

Remember:

Weigh yourself.

Start slow.

Talk to a trainer about having good form from the get-go.

Focus on the basic lifts (bench press, shoulder press, rows, lat pulls, etc.).

Interact with the guys in the gym. They're some of the best dudes you'll ever meet.

Never compare yourself to others.

Make it enjoyable.

Patience and consistency go a long way.

Set your goals. 

Don't get discouraged when you don't see results immediately.

Don't over do it. 

Baby steps.

Check your ego at the door.

Finally (said with my best German accent): Disziplin, Disziplin, disziplin!!
