If you're trying to get leaner, there's nothing magical about it.

  • Watch your calories.
  • Cut out processed foods as much as you can.
  • Eat whole foods instead.
  • Be consistent about going to the gym.
  • Sleep 8-10 hours.
  • Get your steps in.
