Tonight's Dinner

I composed the following menu for dinner tonight. 


I wrote it down feeling that so remarkable a gastronomic occasion was worth recording:

Carottes avec vinaigrette.
Boeuf et poulet avec sauce indienne à la mangue. 
Eau sans glace. 

I finished my dinner in less than ten minutes, eating rather faster than top class seminary professors are expected to.

It was a marvelous meal.
