If you're a runner and want to get in a morning jog in Honolulu, there's no place better than the Ala Moana Beach Park. It's beautiful, safe, and clean. (This does not apply to petty theft. Be careful about leaving your property visible in your car.) I run here all the time. The run toward Magic Island is really nice.
