As you know, I lift three days a week. I do cardio the other three days. (Pretend you care.) Today was cardio day. I managed to get in about an hour and a half.
With weights in each hand, I ran in place while listening to classic rock.
Every 5 minutes I paused to do 5 pullups. It was a great workout and excellent training for the big race later this month in Fort Worth. My heart rate never got too elevated but I was dripping in sweat when it was over.
