No Need to Make Working Out Complicated

Everyone overcomplicates muscle building. There may be a million methods, but the principles are few. I am a firm believer in:

  • 3 hard full body workouts per week
  • with 6 days of getting in 10,000 steps
  • and 1 day for rest and recovery. 

That's basically it.
