I'm finally "finishing" a project I started two years ago. Of course, I still have a long ways to go, but at least I have the foundation for future work. The project I'm talking about is building up my arms and back to the point where I believe I can successfully perform the kind of rock scrambling that my climb in the Alps this summer will require.
It's all in the broader goal of helping older guys like me to cultivate long-term fitness.
Just wanted to share this small milestone!
