Hello friends. As you know, squats are a major exercise for anyone interested in physical fitness. However, most of us need to strengthen our quads and glutes before performing standard squats. I know I did. Here's a great beginner's variation to help get you started.
They're called assisted squats (or was that "diddly squats"?). You'll find them a great deal easier on your knees and back.
"Start with something you can do and then work your way up" is the theme for pretty much any exercise you will ever do, and that includes pull ups!
