Tomorrow is upper body day at the gym. Here's my list of exercises after warming up:
- Machine assisted pull ups.
- Lat pull downs.
- Supinated lat pull downs.
- Bar assisted pull ups.
- Australian rows.
- Dead hang.
- Negative pull ups.
- Jumping pull ups.
- Regular pull ups.
- Dumbbell curls.
- Dumbbell hammer curls.
- Incline dumbbell bench press.
My experience: it helps to plan your workout the day before. And no -- I don't always complete ALL of the exercises in one day!
