Upper Body Workout Routine

Tomorrow is upper body day at the gym. Here's my list of exercises after warming up:

  • Machine assisted pull ups.
  • Lat pull downs.
  • Supinated lat pull downs.
  • Bar assisted pull ups.
  • Australian rows.
  • Dead hang.
  • Negative pull ups.
  • Jumping pull ups.
  • Regular pull ups. 
  • Dumbbell curls.
  • Dumbbell hammer curls. 
  • Incline dumbbell bench press.

My experience: it helps to plan your workout the day before. And no -- I don't always complete ALL of the exercises in one day!
