Make your reps count!
This video was from my workout on Saturday.
I performed this lat pulldown until I could barely bring the bar down to my chest. I honestly can't tell you how many reps that was. Counting reps can actually limit your ultimate muscle gains if you don't push hard enough to the point of momentary muscle failure. The end goal is not a certain number of reps. Instead, you want to perform your reps close to muscular failure.
In short, when you reach failure, then you are ready to grow. Funny how true this is of life as well.
