The EZ Bar Biceps Curl

You can increase your biceps strength!

Try doing the biceps curl with an EZ bar. It will put less strain on your elbows. 

On the other hand, if you can use a straight bar, it will develop your biceps in a more complete way because of the supination involved.

That said, stop chasing the perfect "optimal" exercise that doesn't exist and just start lifting!
