That's right! The Hong Kong Restaurant lunch buffet is back. I missed it. Terribly. I went there for lunch today after my workout at the Y.
Where else can you get such fabulous Chinese cuisine? The coconut chicken is to die for.
Today I also went to my all-time favorite running store.
I needed to replace my running vest and they had just what I needed.
I hope to break it in this evening if things cool down a bit. Right now the real feel is 102 and a heat advisory is in effect until 8:00 pm. I'll play it by ear for now.
So there you have it: my little town of Wake Forest has everything I need. Great food. Racing gear. Biking and running trails. Basically, a great place to live and work. Personally, I am a frugal shopper and a pretty good cook but I do like to splurge on occasion. Today was one such day. :)
