I am not a fitness expert. I do not have a secret diet. I do not have a meal plan I'm trying to sell. I'm not a personal trainer. I'm not a dietician. I'm not a doctor. (Well, I am a doctor, but not that kind.) I am merely a rank amateur. I'm like everyone else at the gym who knows that at the end of the day it all boils down to discipline regarding working out and discipline regarding eating. We are those who like to motivate each other to be and to do our best. The reason I blog about my fitness journey is because I feel it's a good idea for me to bring other people along if I can. I'm just here to motivate you, and hopefully my blog entries can give you some inspiration no matter where you are in that journey to keep going, to keep pushing, to keep striving for greatness. If you keep going, you WILL arrive at your destination eventually.
