I'm on a roll. Walking 5 miles each and every day.
That's at least 10,000 steps per day (today's total was higher).
A light lunch followed.
(Tangent: I normally get seconds when I eat at a Chinese buffet. That's obviously consuming more calories than I need. I was very satisfied with these portions.)
I am now walking a total of 9.3 hours every week. Plus I'm spending time in the gym (3 workouts totaling 4.5 hours). Added together, my weekly exercise time totals 13.8 hours. That might seem like a lot, but it amounts to only 8.2 percent of the total number of hours I have (and you have) per week (168).
