This was my workout today.
No single workout can ever change your body or your life. But put a lot of them together and they can. You can't just show up at the gym and go through the motions. It takes considerable time, effort, energy, and discipline to grow a body you're happy with. You're going to have to work hard in the gym. Here I am resting between sets.
As long as you continue to hit the weights hard and get sufficient rest, your muscles will grow.
