From my Bible time this morning in Luke 10:25-28:
I especially enjoyed these two rather nuanced renderings from the Williams NT:
You must love the Lord your God .... (v. 27).
In Greek we have the imperatival future -- so that "You will" really means "You must."
Continue to do this, and you will live (v. 28).
Here we find what's called imperfective aspect -- not just "do this" but "keep on doing this as a habit of life."
Non-Greek readers will, I think, benefit tremendously from owning a copy of Williams!
