You Are What You Eat

Filling in the gaps of training with proper diet and nutrition is essential for maintaining healthy living during the buildup to a peak race. Marathon training is nothing to mess around with. Eat healthy. Cook at home if you can. Time your meals to dovetail well with your training cycles. Fat, skinny, ripped, muscular, whatever -- your diet determines this just as much as your workouts.
