I can honestly say, "All of the above." I started for certain reasons and then continued for a lot of other reasons and perks that I've realized along the way. It's been a few years now and I absolutely love it. It is a pure gift from God. The progress is slow but it keeps me going even at 70. Competing against myself is just plain fun!
